Description:
We are seeking a highly professional and welcoming Front Desk Manager to join the Lumera Hotel team. As the face of our luxury brand, you will oversee all reception operations, ensuring that every guest experiences seamless check-ins, exceptional service, and a memorable stay. You will lead a dedicated team of front office staff, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality that Lumera is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and VIP guest arrivals.
Train, mentor, and manage the reception team to deliver world-class customer service.
Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a high level of professionalism.
Manage room inventory and coordinate closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
Ensure all financial transactions at the front desk are handled accurately and securely.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in front office management within a luxury hotel setting.
Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
