Description: The Revenue Manager is the strategic brain behind the hotel's financial success. In this role, you will analyze market trends, monitor competitor pricing, and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room). You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to design promotions and optimize distribution channels.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of hotel revenue management principles and tools.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or Economics.
